Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid educational movement programs sold by Tendonsjoints, a business located in Springfield, Illinois, United States.
1. Individual programs
If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have accessed no more than one scheduled module, you may request a full refund. After additional access, refunds are prorated for unused portions at our reasonable discretion.
2. Live sessions
Cancel at least 48 hours before a booked studio or video session for credit toward a future date. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that session unless we reschedule.
3. Business contracts
Enterprise and team agreements follow the cancellation terms in the signed statement of work. Pilots may end with 30 days written notice after the initial four-week period unless otherwise stated.
4. How to request a refund
Email touch@tendonsjoints.world with your name, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 10 U.S. business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
